Lynda Receives DVT Filter for Blood Clots
I
am happy to report that Lynda finally received the DVT filter for blood
clots about 5:00 and is back in her room sitting up playing with a toy.
She is getting to eat for the first time since yesterday morning.
Through who knows what glitch she wasn't given food last night after the
doctor finally saw her and then had to go NPO at midnight. We talked to
the doctor at 8 or 9 and although we didn't
ask about her eating specifically we did assume that was a given. Nope.
No one really can explain but I'm thrilled to hear that she is being
fed and the doctor says she can go home tomorrow. Thanks so much for
your prayers. With everything unfolding as it did we decided it best to
stay where we were and handle everything via phone instead of driving
tired and stressed handling things by phone. Lynda is amazing and her
angels work hard!
